SUNDAY DECEMBER 13TH

EVENT TIME: 10AM TO 4PM

10'X10' SPACE PROVIDED: Bring your own canopy, canopy walls, tables, chairs, signage, etc. **Please do bring a canopy, many spots are not shaded. Footing could be pavement, dirt or grass. If you're in dire need of a certain footing/level space, please let us know. 

Double spaces 10'x20' are available.
Canopies are for rent, with a limited number available.
Limited amount of electricity is available, please confirm 

SETUP is 8 am to 9:45 am OR you may set up the NIGHT before (We encourage locals to do this, to help with the morning chaos!). Set-up night before would be at your risk.
Please rapidly drop your items off and proceed to park in the designated parking lot as soon as your items are dropped.

Absolutely NO vendor vehicles may be parked in the store yard during the event. We conduct our business as usual during the event, and is during our normal Sunday store hours. We'll need room for customers to come and go to the Christmas Tree lot, propane, hay stacks and front of store.

ABSOLUTELY NO vehicles in to load up until 4pm. Bringing vehicles in to load before 4pm is disruptive to all vendors and the event. IF you need to leave or think you will have to leave early, please let us know AHEAD OF TIME so we can put you in a spot that doesn't disrupt the event and flow.

*PLEASE* DO NOT let your children climb on hay, feed and inventory stacks.
Bathroom is a porta potty.

FEES:
$40 for Sellers 10x10 space, $70 for 10x20 space
$30 for Non-Profit/Animal Rescue
PLUS, a raffle item of any size. Please bring your item up to the raffle tables by 9:50am with your business name. This raffle will benefit the Adopt-A-Tree program!

Once you've been approved to participate, Fee must be sent to reserve your space!
